The Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) system is a cutting-edge air pollution control solution designed for diverse industrial applications. It is highly effective in removing fine particulate matter, aerosols, and oil mist generated during processes in industries such as metalworking, PVC products manufacturing, textiles, rubber and plastics, food processing, and electronics production.
By employing an electric charge to capture particles on wet collection surfaces, the ESP system ensures clean air discharge while meeting stringent environmental regulations. Its low resistance design reduces energy consumption, making it both efficient and cost-effective. With its versatility and robust performance, the ESP system is a critical tool for maintaining cleaner production environments and reducing environmental impact across various industrial sectors.

Compartmentalized honeycomb filtration modules are arranged horizontally in the direction of the airflow, so that particle charging and collection can be repeated over and over again,enabling ease of fitting and servicing and bringing in designed/enhanced efficiency.
 
Stainless steel plate and spike electrodes are spaced relatively wider to bring in higher tolerance to moisture and dust content in the process air.Differentiated electrode spacings are applied so that particles with different sizes are
dealt with successively in different filter stages.
 
Energized by a higher high voltage, KL EAN tubular ESP filter delivers highly efficient removal of oil grease, and smoke particles. Energized by a lower high voltage, KL EAN plate filter offers
extra collection areas that help to reduce particle sneakage / re-entrainment.

Ambient air enters the heat recovery unit, gets heated up by energy potentials of the hot exhaust air emitted from the heat-setting/drying ovens, and gets transported back to the ovens and acts as pre-heated process air so as to reduce the fuel consumption.
Exhaust air gets cooled down initially through the heat transfer, saving capital cost on subsequent air pollution systems.
For manufacturing processes using valuable solvents, an optimal emission control solution includes pre-treatment equipment like cooling coils and an electrostatic precipitator (ESP) to remove particulates and high-boiling-point pollutants. Surface-modified activated carbon adsorbers then capture VOC solvents, which can be recovered and reused, reducing costs. Activated carbon can be regenerated using nitrogen or steam.
