Technological Theory
Kleantechnics catering ESP is specially designed for the filtration & collection of fume & mist produced during the cooking processes.
Theoretically speaking, ESP technologies are used for the purpose of removing particulate matters from gas streams to clean air. Oil fume particles are captured and charged by the electrons that are emitted by cathode needles of High Voltage Electric Field, and by the anions that are generated through electrons impact air molecules. Then the charged oil fume particles are absorbed on anode tube in the effect of EF, which to achieve the purpose of exhaust fume purification.
